ROBERT DOVE is an attorney with Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter; where he focuses his practice in the areas of banking and lending, corporate, energy and environment, gaming, government affairs, litigation, medical marijuana and hemp, real estate, and tax. Mr. Dove earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University School of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
MICHAEL GOLDBERG is principal at The Goldberg Law Firm. His main areas of practice are criminal defense, DUI, white collar crimes, drug charges, internet crimes, and grand theft. Mr. Goldberg is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Supreme Court; and U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
RICHARD S. KOBLENTZ is an attorney with Koblentz & Penvose, LLC. Mr. Koblentz devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. He also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling, and domestic relations. Mr. Koblentz serves as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
DAVID A. RABER is a partner of the Law Offices of Lumpe, Raber & Evans, where his legal experience includes being a legal extern for U.S. District Judge Alvin I. Krenzler and an associate attorney with the Ohio Attorney General Office. As an assistant attorney general, he represented the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Investigative Unit, in liquor citation cases before the Liquor Control Commission. He also represented the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control, in appeals by liquor permit holders and applicants before the Liquor Control Commission. Mr. Raber is currently general counsel for the Wholesale Beer & Wine Association of Ohio and chair of the Advisory Council of the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America. Mr. Raber earned his B.A. degree from Rollins College and his J.D. degree from Claude W. Pettit College of Law, Ohio Northern University.
