Jeffrey R. Davis has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice exclusively. After working as an associate in a plaintiff's injury firm, Jeff Davis formed his own practice in 1997. Jeff represents victims of negligence, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security and wrongful death. He earned his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Jeff has remained involved with both The Florida Bar and voluntary bar associations throughout his career. He has served on multiple grievance committees and has acted as the chair for two terms. Henry D. A former judge, former state representative, and graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Fincher has helped people with their legal problems for more than 20 years. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates. Mr. Fincher's practice focuses primarily on contested estates, serious personal injury cases, family law, wills and trusts, and other complex legal matters. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Fincher earned his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee; and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
Crystal Kesler is an attorney at CKesler Law, LLC, where she defended corporations, businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in hundreds of personal injury, property damage, premise liability, contract disputes, employment discrimination, and wage and hour matters in every facet of the litigation process.
