KELLY N. GRIGSBY is the managing partner of the Westerville office of Williams, Moliterno & Scully Co., LPA. Her practice has focused on corporate and insurance defense litigation. Williams, Moliterno & Scully Co., LPA represents national automobile, home owner, and commercial insurers, as well as several self-insured corporations. Ms. Grigsby has had more than fifty first-chair jury trials in courts throughout Northeast and Central Ohio. Also, she has appellate court and federal court experience. Ms. Grigsby has previously spoken at CLE seminars for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, National Business Institute, OACTA, and the Ohio State Bar Association on issues relating to insurance defense litigation, trial tactics, and trending Ohio cases. MARILYN J. SINGER is the principal of the Cleveland based law firm of McNeal, Schick, Archibald & Biro Co., L.P.A., where she focuses her practice on insurance defense work. Ms. Singer has been practicing law for 39 years in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. She has previously lectured for National Business Institute and various bar associations on anatomy and physiology, civil litigation, ethical litigation, and personal injury matters. Ms. Singer is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. She earned her A.B. degree from Bryn Mawr College and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.
DR. KATE THEWES is a doctor and BWC certified physician in Columbus, Ohio, who sees patients at Comprehensive Injury Management. Dr. Thewes has been practicing for 22 years. She is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Thewes received her B.S. degree from the University of Notre Dame and did her residency in family medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She graduated from Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and specializes in family medicine.
