DANIEL D. MCMAHON is an attorney with the MCM Law Office, where he focuses his practice on providing legal services to young married couples with one or more children. These services include estate planning, small business, and real estate. Mr. McMahon also enjoys serving local farmers and agricultural businesses in a variety of business and estate planning areas. While at Creighton, he assisted in rebuilding the law school's client counseling and negotiation competitions as president of the competition board. Mr. McMahon's clinical experience in law school included drafting briefs for the Nebraska Court of Appeals, representing domestic violence victims, and forming numerous microenterprise limited liability companies.
JESSE D. SITZ is a partner at Baird Holm LLP, in Omaha. He is the chair of the wealth management section of the firm. Mr. Sitz practices in the areas of business and corporate transactions, estate and business succession and exit planning, trusts and estates, nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, tax credit finance, and taxation. He earned his B.S degree from the college of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and his J.D. degree, cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Mr. Sitz's bar and court admissions include Iowa, Nebraska and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and Iowa State bar associations; and has received a designation as a chartered advisor in philanthropy through The American College.
