Snehal Batra is a managing attorney at Nachman, Phulwani, Zimovcak Law Group, P.C. Ms. Batra’s practice includes all areas of U.S. business/family immigration and naturalization. She assists international businesses of all sizes with intracompany transfers L-1, H-1B, TN, E-2, O-1, PERM, national interest waiver and also represents individuals with family-based immigration to help clients successfully navigate U.S. immigration laws. In addition, she handles H-1B Site visits, FDNS investigations, DOL wage & hour audits. Ms. Batra regularly travels to India to present seminars on L-1A and EB-5 to many organizations. She has been frequently quoted in the Time of India and has numerous articles related to U.S. immigration published. Ms. Batra has been a panelist on many Immigration seminars, including the AILA national conference, New Jersey State Bar Association, and many prestigious U.S. Universities. She earned her B.A. degree from Seton Hall University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Batra is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2001. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, SABA-NJ, and is also co-chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Somerset County Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Chasworth earned her J.D. degree from the St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York, where she was an editor on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and participated in numerous immigration and family law clinics and internships including time at the US-Mexico Border at the Karnes County Civil Detention Center. She also has authored articles primarily on the topic of immigration and first amendment rights. Prior to law school, she received her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Ludka Zimovcak is a managing attorney at Nachman, Phulwani, Zimovcak Law Group, P.C. Ms. Zimovcak's passion for excellence in immigration law derives from her own family's first-hand immigration experiences. She is fully licensed to practice as an attorney in Slovakia and New York. Over the past decade, Ms. Zimovcak has overseen thousands of cases and counseled clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in a wide variety of industries regarding their business immigration needs. In addition, she has been working extensively on various family immigration matters including complex consular processing cases, hardship waivers to overcome various types of inadmissibility bars, and other family petitions. Ms. Zimovcak has been a frequent lecturer on immigration law to the New Jersey Bar Association and numerous educational institutions. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and New York State Bar Association. Ms. Zimovcak graduated from the faculty of law at the Comenius University in Slovakia with a Master of Laws degree. She was also awarded the Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.
