NATHAN L. ASHLEY ELEY CANNADY is a partner in the Jackson office of Balch & Bingham LLP. BLYTHE LOLLAR is an attorney at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she maintains a broad litigation practice defending businesses in general civil litigation and labor and employment matters. Ms. Lollar has devoted a substantial amount of her practice to defending employers and management in a variety of legal claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She is a frequent speaker and author on labor and employment law for business and professional groups and is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all federal and state courts in Mississippi. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Lollar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sharion Aycock, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi’s Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College and earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Ms. Lollar is a member of The Mississippi Bar's Women in the Profession Committee and is a graduate of the bar’s 2017 Leadership Forum. JENNIFER G. HALL is a litigation attorney in the Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Since 2002, she has concentrated her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Hall devotes a significant amount of her practice to representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission; and in defending lawsuits related to harassment and discrimination in the workplace. She also has experience in civil litigation, including products liability, personal injury, mass tort, satellite theft, and insurance defense. Ms. Hall is listed in the Mid-South Rising Stars (2009 - 2017). She is a frequent lecturer and author on labor and employment law, and litigation topics for business and professional groups. Ms. Hall is a member of The Mississippi Bar; the American, Tennessee and Capital Area bar associations; the Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit; the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association; and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. TIMOTHY W. LINDSAY is a shareholder in the Ridgeland, Mississippi office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. He is a life-long Mississippian and currently resides in Ridgeland. Mr. Lindsay received his B.B.A. (managerial finance) degree in 1981 from the University of Mississippi and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1984 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. His practice has focused exclusively on labor and employment law since 1987. With over three decades of litigation experience, he has had the opportunity to serve as lead defense counsel for public and private sector employers defending a wide variety of labor and employment issues arising under both federal and state laws. Mr. Lindsay is admitted to practice before all state courts of Mississippi, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi and Western District of Tennessee, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
