ASHLEY E. CANNADY is an attorney with the law firm of Batch & Bingham LLP, in their Jackson, Mississippi office. Ms. Cannady regularly represents clients in contract disputes and business litigation. BRANDI GARRETT is the director of human resources for GI Associates & Endoscopy Center. Ms. Garrett has nine years of experience in recruiting and human resources. She also has experience in human resource outsourcing and recruiting for large and small companies nationwide. Ms. Garrett is a member of CAHRA (Capital Area Human Resource Association) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). She is active in her community with organizations such as YP Alliance, March of Dimes, The Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Garrett studied interdisciplinary studies at Mississippi State University with an emphasis in education, history and psychology. Ms. Garrett also received her PHR.
ADAM H. GATES is a shareholder with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC as a litigator in the Jackson office, where he practices labor and employment law and general business litigation. JENNIFER G. HALL is a litigation attorney in the Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Since 2002, she has concentrated her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Hall devotes a significant amount of her practice to representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission; and in defending lawsuits related to harassment and discrimination in the workplace. She also has experience in civil litigation, including products liability, personal injury, mass tort, satellite theft, and insurance defense. Ms. Hall is listed in the Mid-South Rising Stars (2009 - 2013). She is a frequent lecture and author on labor and employment law and litigation topics for business and professional groups.
