SCOTT H. CASHER is a partner in the Manhattan and Westchester offices of White and Williams LLP. He represents business entities with respect to commercial matters, insurance coverage matters, and labor and employment matters, including Title IX claims, and in state and federal trial and appellate courts, at arbitrations and in mediations. Mr. Casher practices exclusively on the management side in the area of employment and labor law. JEFFREY N. NANESS is an attorney with Naness, Chaiet & Naness, LLC. Mr. Naness has well over a decade experience representing management in labor relations, employment law, and related litigation. ELLEN R. STORCH is a partner with Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP. Ms. Storch represents management in all areas of labor and employment law. She defends international, national and local employers, as well as public employers and not-for-profit organizations, in various types of employment litigation. Her litigation practice includes discrimination and harassment cases, restrictive covenant disputes, wage and hour claims, and NLRB matters. Ms. Storch represents clients in federal and state courts; in arbitrations; before federal, state and local human rights commissions; and before a variety of other government agencies. Ms. Storch has served as an adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Technology, where she taught human resources policies and procedures in the HR Management Masters program. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Southern California.
