JENNIFER PENBERTHY BUCKLEY is an attorney with Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where she focuses her practice in business and commercial litigation, employee benefits and executive compensation, employment and labor counseling, and employment litigation. Ms. Buckley earned her B.A. degree from Salem College and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude and valedictorian, from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
PETER L. FRATTARELLI is a partner with Archer, where he is the chair of the Labor and Employment Department. Mr. Frattarelli regularly represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation and proceedings. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (including an Executive Committee position with the Labor and Employment Law Section); Delaware State Bar Association; American Bar Association; Camden County (New Jersey) Bar Association; barrister, Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law Inns of Court; and Justinian Society (Italian-American attorneys organization). Mr. Frattarelli is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court (Delaware, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and District of New Jersey). He earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
THOMAS D. REES is a partner with High Swartz LLP, and heads the firm's litigation and employment practice. He focuses his practice primarily on employment law, where he represents employers in litigation over employment terminations; restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other employee mobility issues; employment discrimination and sexual harassment matters; employment contract disputes; and defamation and privacy-related matters. Mr. Rees also serves employers in a wide variety of non-litigation matters, including contract negotiation, preparation of policies and procedures, and hiring and termination. These services help employers to avoid and resolve disputes without resorting to the courtroom. Mr. Rees is a frequent presenter on employment law matters to various professional groups. He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association (past chair and co-chair of the Employment Law Committee, employment law course planner and lecturer, past chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Planning Committee), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (past chair of the Municipal Law Section), and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Rees earned his A.B. degree, with honors, from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
GREGORY P. SKOLNIK is an attorney at Heckler & Frabizzio, focusing his practice exclusively on Delaware workers’ compensation and insurance defense law. He attended Pennsylvania State University, receiving a B.A. degree in political science. He received his J.D. degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware, graduating in the top ten percent of his class, cum laude, and with pro bono distinction. Mr. Skolnik is licensed to practice law in Delaware and New Jersey. He is active in numerous professional organizations, including the Delaware State Bar Association (Workers’ Compensation and Young Lawyers sections), New Jersey State Bar Association (Young Lawyers Section), Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court, and Randy J. Holland Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. He also serves as a volunteer peer mentor in a supplemental Delaware Bar review course offered by the Minority Judges and Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
RALPH R. SMITH III is a shareholder and co-chair of the labor & employment group of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. Mr. Smith focuses his practice in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. He represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases, including race, gender, age, national origin, disability and workplace harassment and discrimination matters; wage and hour disputes; restrictive covenants; grievances; arbitrations; drug testing; and employment-related contract issues. Mr. Smith earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law.
GREGG L. ZEFF is the sole shareholder of the Zeff Law Firm, LLC, where he focuses his practice on employment law, civil rights, police brutality, sexual abuse and school bullying. Mr. Zeff earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University.
