JOHN E. DUNLAP is a sole practitioner in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. His main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.
CINDY COLE ETTINGOFF practices labor and employment law, representing both employers and employees in OSHA, wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, and other employment law matters. In recent years, one of the major focuses of her practice has been assisting growing employers in the development of their employment policies and practices, including drug testing policies, disciplinary policies, workers' compensation policies, and performance policies, as well as in contract drafting and negotiation. In addition, Ms. Ettingoff is the chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and serves as a mediator on employment-related disputes. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
J. GREGORY GRISHAM is of counsel in the Memphis office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. Mr. Grisham counsels and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes helping employers avoid claims, charges, and lawsuits with a focus on preventative practices and the representation of business entities subject to Title III of the American with Disabilities Act in public accommodation cases. He has successfully litigated hundreds of administrative charges, employment lawsuits, and arbitration demands on behalf of employers, including federal and state law claims. Mr. Grisham also represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in unfair labor practice proceedings. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee, his M.B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Memphis.
JEFF WEINTRAUB is a partner in the Memphis office of the management-side employment and labor firm, Fisher & Phillips LLP. Mr. Weintraub represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, “whistleblower” lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and before government agencies, such as the EEOC and the NLRB. He is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. Mr. Weintraub teaches the Labor & Employee Relations segment in SHRM’s HR certification course and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. He was selected for HR Executive’s 2017-2019 Top 100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers in the Nation; is included in Chambers USA’s leading employment attorneys; The Best Lawyers in America for more than 20 years; Mid-South Super Lawyers; the World's Leading Labour & Employment Lawyers (UK); and Inside Memphis Business’s Power Players in employment law Mr. Weintraub earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.
