R. BRENT GAMBILL is a shareholder at Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, and labor law. He deals with HIPAA privacy regulations; Family Medical Leave Act; disability, military, and other leaves of absence; as well as drafting executive employment and severance agreements. Mr. Gambill is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to advise, counsel, and represent veterans as to claims for VA benefits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from DePauw University; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law. PRISCILLA HAPNER is an employment law attorney with the Office of Priscilla Hapner, where she consults with management of all sizes and in a variety of industries concerning compliance with state and federal employment laws. Ms. Hapner is admitted to practice in Ohio and the federal courts of appeal for the Second, Third, Sixth and D.C. circuits, as well as the United States courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio, Western District of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Michigan. She has been regularly listed as one of Central Ohio's Top Lawyers by Columbus CEO Magazine. Ms. Hapner earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
JOHN S. MARSHALL is a partner with Marshall & Forman LLC, where his practice focuses on employment and civil rights litigation, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, police misconduct, and First Amendment cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Marshall regularly assists clients by reviewing and negotiating employment contracts and severance packages. ERIC A. RICH is a litigation and workers' compensation attorney with Scheuer Mackin & Breslin LLC. His practice includes representation of employers before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Mr. Rich also advises employers regarding their obligations under the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other state and federal statutes. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
