He has successfully represented individual employees in cases arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), the Americans' with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), the Illinois Wage Payment and Collections Act, and a variety of Equal Employment Opportunity laws such as Title VII and the Illinois Human Rights Act. Mr. File frequently practices in state and federal courts throughout the state of Illinois, as well as before the National Labor Relations Board, and both the Illinois Public Labor Relations Board and Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board.
