ALICIA ARANT is an attorney with the law firm of MSJohnson Law, PLLC, in Missoula. Ms. Arant practices in employment law and concentrates her practice in wrongful discharge, investigation, and contract and policy drafting and review. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, she served as publication editor of the Public Land & Resources Law Review, worked as a legal writing research assistant, and interned with Crowley Fleck in Billings and Montana Legal Services in Missoula.

NATHAN S. McCONNELL is a sole practitioner with the McConnell Law Office in Missoula. Mr. McConnell practices in the areas of employment law, DUI defense, discrimination and harassment, and family and medical leave. He is also a member of the Montana Legislature. Mr. McConnell was admitted to the Montana Bar in 2008. Instead of joining a firm, he started his own. He graduated from law school in 1998 and had several jobs prior to starting McConnell Law Office.

RACHEL H. PARKIN is an attorney with the law firm of Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner P.C. in Missoula. Ms. Parkin practices in the areas of insurance litigation, professional liability, personal injury, wrongful death, construction litigation, animal law, tribal law, appellate law, and employment law. She received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Kansas State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law. Ms. Parkin is a member of the Western Montana Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
