DAVID C. CASTLEBERRY is a partner with the law firm of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar PLLC, where his practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, and labor and employment law litigation and counseling. In addition to his commercial practice, Mr. Castleberry represents clients in both federal and state court, and before administrative agencies on issues dealing with state and federal employment law claims. He is admitted to practice in Utah and Nevada, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. KODY L. CONDOS is an attorney at Clyde Snow & Sessions PC, and represents clients in various civil and business litigation matters. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, labor and employment issues, business and contract claims, trust and estate planning matters, and natural resources and environmental law matters. Prior to joining Clyde Snow as an attorney, Ms. Condos was a law clerk for the firm. She also served as a judicial intern to Utah Supreme Court Justice John A. Pearce and as a law clerk at the Utah Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Condos has over a decade of experience in the legal field having worked as a paralegal before attending law school. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, in Paralegal/Legal Studies from Kaplan University and her J.D. degree, with High Honors, from the S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah. SCOTT CROOK is a founding member and the managing partner of Crook & Taylor Law PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor, commercial litigation, appellate practice, land use, and water law. He is a member of both the Utah and Idaho state bars and has extensive experience in both states. Mr. Crook has spoken on or written articles about employment issues, local government law, jury selection, boundary law, road and access law, law firm management, and appellate practice. JUDSON D. STELTER is a partner with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and a member of their labor and employment relations practice group. Mr. Stelter focuses his practice on representing management in all phases of employment law, assisting employers in investigating and responding to charges of discrimination and unfair labor practices, as well as advising clients on how to best avoid litigation. He also has experience representing clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. Mr. Stelter is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Utah, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Utah; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
