DANIEL I. AQUINO is an attorney with the law firm of Jackson Lewis P.C., where his practice focuses on general employment litigation. He has experience advocating for a variety of corporate clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as before governmental agencies including the EEOC, NERC, and DETR. He has litigated cases involving claims of race, age, disability, religious and sex discrimination, as well as sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues. Mr. Aquino provides advice and counsel to clients on a variety of employment practices, and has conducted seminars relating to anti-discrimination/harassment policies for business clients ranging from small office environments to large hotel and casino workforces. Z. KATHRYN BRANSON is an attorney with the law firm of Littler Mendelson P.C., where her practice is focused on discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence and disability accommodation, hiring, performance management and termination, litigation and trials, policies, procedures, and handbooks. ERICA J. CHEE is of counsel with the law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., where she represents employers in a broad area of matters. She regularly represents employers in traditional labor law issues, including advising and representing management in bargaining unit issues, labor agreement administration, and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations. Additionally, Ms. Chee represents clients in grievance and arbitration proceedings. Beyond her traditional labor practice, Ms. Chee handles civil employment matters in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Labor Commissioner. Her practice includes representing employers in claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour violations.
