PATRICIA L. DAVIDSON is a partner at Mirick, O'Connell, DeMallie & Lougee, LLP, in the probate, trust and fiduciary litigation group and the business and general litigation group. Ms. Neeley assists clients in the preparation and filing of complex MassHealth applications, from the planning and filing process through representation for any necessary appeals. In conjunction with her MassHealth expertise, Ms. Neeley has represented clients in appeal hearings regarding benefit eligibility issues before the Board of Hearings, Superior Court, and Massachusetts Appeals Court. DONALD H. SIENKIEWICZ is the principal attorney at the Estate Preservation & Planning Law Offices, in Amherst, New Hampshire. MAUREEN C. TOBIN, JD, MST, CLU, is tax and legal coordinator at Ostberg & Associates Financial Services and Insurance. Ms. Tobin works with the firm's brokers to keep them up to date on a variety of tax and planning issues. She also works on a consultative basis with their clients' attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors to ensure that the client's existing estate, trust and business succession documents and the client's financial plan complement each other to meet the client's goals. She was a private practice attorney where she focused her practice in the areas of estate and trust planning, taxation, business succession planning, probate, and Medicaid planning. She has also been an advanced marketing attorney for several major life insurance companies. Ms. Tobin is a chartered life underwriter by The American College of Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She has previously served as an adjunct professor for Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Our Lady of the Elms College, teaching several business law and paralegal courses. Ms. Tobin is a past president of the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council.
