JOSH ANDREWS is the managing partner of Gatehouse Law where he focuses his practice on the legal needs of entrepreneurs; business law; and complex transactions, such as business formations, business transactions, raising capital for businesses, complex business negotiations; national and international intellectual property management, property disputes and expansion of business; mergers and acquisitions; and preventative law business consulting. Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Andrews earned his B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
CHARLES R. GALLAGHER III is a managing partner with Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A., where his current practice focuses on insurance litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, and consumer law. Mr. Gallagher is a member of The Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Association, and American Bar Association. He is currently the vice-chair of the Programs Board of the American Bar Association's Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. Mr. Gallagher is currently admitted to practice before all courts within Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; the U.S. Supreme Court;; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida; and the U.S. Tax Court. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a degree in politics and earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
DANNY M. HOWELL is the founding member of The Law Offices of Danny M. Howell, PLLC, a small firm in McLean, Virginia. His practice focuses on insurance coverage, professional liability defense, and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in the state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Throughout his practice, Mr. Howell has represented attorneys in malpractice suits, bar complaints, and federal court disbarment proceedings; corporate officials in negligence actions; and insurers and policyholders in coverage and bad faith cases. His insurance coverage practice focuses on commercial general liability insurance in the areas of residential and commercial construction, professional liability insurance, and directors and officers insurance. Mr. Howell earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from George Mason University.
TODD B. KOTLER is an attorney with Gruber, Thomas & Co., L.P.A., where he is a general practice attorney with focuses in family law, criminal, and civil litigation, as well as education law. Mr. Kotler is one of the few attorneys in Northeast Ohio practicing education law, representing clients and their families through consultations and representing them at individualized education plan team meetings, mediations, expulsion hearings, manifestation determination reviews, Department of Education due process hearings, and federal court. He advocates for parents of special needs children, defending each child's right to receive the free and appropriate public education (FAPE), guaranteed under state and federal law. Mr. Kotler is admitted to practice law in all courts of Ohio and the U.S. District Court. His membership activities include the Stark County Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association (where he has held chair and vice chair positions on several committees), and the Council of Parent Advocates and Attorneys. Mr. Kotler has presented to several groups on education law and has taught continuing legal education to fellow attorneys in this area. Additionally, he has received mediation training through the Ohio Supreme Court, Dispute Resolution Section. Mr. Kotler earned his B.A. degree from Bradley University and his J.D. degree from The University of Akron.
