James R Andreen is a shareholder for the law firm for Erstad & Riemer PA, where he is a trial and appellate lawyer, mainly in the areas of employment and civil rights. He is a member of the Federal, Hennepin County and Minnesota State bar associations; as well as the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Andreen earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Hamline University School of Law.

Matthew F Nieman is a principal at Jackson Lewis P.C.'s Washington, D.C. Region office, as well as the litigation manager for the office. Mr. Nieman represents employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, whistle blower claims, questions related to the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act of 1994, and workplace drug-testing issues. He is first-chair trial lawyer and actively involved in all phases of the litigation process on the full range of employment discrimination, retaliation, and employment-related tort and contract claims. Mr. Nieman is a frequent writer on substance-abuse-prevention topics, including as coauthor of the Guide to State and Federal Drug-Testing Laws. He also speaks to and provides training to employer groups on various workplace-related topics. Mr. Nieman earned his B.S. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from the William & Mary School of Law. He is a member of the state and federal bars of Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia; and the First, Fourth, and D.C. Circuit courts of Appeal. Mr. Nieman is a past president and current legislative liaison of the Dulles Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). He is also the president of the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Literacy Council.

Susan Richards Salen is a shareholder and chair of the employment law practice group of Rees Broome, PC. Ms. Salen has been practicing law for more than 30 years. She represents clients in corporate and employment related disputes in Virginia state courts of Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, and the city of Alexandria; and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division; and before federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and local employment and wage and hour commissions. Ms. Salen also represents clients in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland. In her corporate practice, she advises clients with respect to business formation issues, buy-sell agreements, and sales and purchase acquisition. Ms. Salen is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from George Washington University School of Law.

Latha M Srinivasan is with Lincoln Electric Company Global. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 20 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO, HR, AAP, corporate EEO issues, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media, and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Ms. Srinivasan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, certified as an Edison Electric Institute employment testing manager/lead, and has earned an internal certification of reliability compliance champion at her company. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in Trial Tactics.
