JUDE BYANSKI is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Dale & Eke, P.C., where he focuses on counseling clients in the practice areas of estate planning, trusts, guardianships, and estate & trust administrations. Mr. Byanski has focused practicing in estate planning and its related practice areas since 2011, and he has had the opportunity to present often on estate planning topics at professional conferences and to the general public. Mr. Byanski is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A. 2000) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 2006). He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the State of Ohio, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. THOMAS R. MALAPIT JR. is a partner in the Muncie, Indiana law firm of McKinney & Malapit, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, litigation, estate planning, condemnation, criminal defense, business law, family law, and juvenile law.
