There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. JOSEPH KUTSCHMAN is an attorney with Cutolo Barros LLC. His practice is concentrated in the areas of asset recovery, landlord-tenant law, commercial and corporate litigation, and community association law. Mr. Kutschman currently heads the firm’s collections practice group. He is admitted to practice in the State Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Monmouth (Committee on Law Office Management & Technology), New Jersey and American bar associations. Mr. Kutschman received his bachelor's degree from Mary Washington University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
