MODERATOR - STEFAN M. REINKE is a partner in the law firm of Lyons, Brandt, Cook & Hiramatsu, in Honolulu. Mr. Reinke practices in the area of civil litigation, including tort, product liability, asbestos, professional liability, employment, and insurance bad faith litigation cases. He is a lecturer at the William S. Richardson School of Law. Mr. Reinke is admitted to practice in the state of Hawaii, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii. He received his A.B. degree from the University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis. Mr. Reinke is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the American Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association (Hawaii Chapter president from 1995 to 1997; 1999 to 2000).
