F. DAVID RUSIN is a trial attorney and attorney manager with William K. Mattar, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of severely injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability and premises liability. Mr. Rusin is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of New York; the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern districts of New York; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the District of Arizona; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics, and social media. Mr. Rusin earned his B.A. degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
