CHRISTOPHER B. HOPKINS is a member with McDonald Hopkins LLC, in their West Palm Beach office. He has extensive trial and appellate experience and his practice includes commercial, construction, defamation, medical/nursing home, probate, injury, and general civil litigation and appeals. Mr. Hopkins' practice frequently involves cyber security, drones, e-discovery, social media, bitcoin, internet crimes, website/app contracts, and other technology-related issues, from drafting contracts and policies to litigation. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified civil circuit mediator and qualified arbitrator. Mr. Hopkins has published more than 100 legal articles on law and technology, ethics, and trial. Mr. Hopkins earned his B.A. degree from the University of Richmond, his master's degree from Wesley Theological Seminary, and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School. JEFFREY MANSELL is an attorney in the West Palm Beach law firm of Romano Law Group, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Mansell has been named one of Pennsylvania’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and is listed among the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster and his law degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University Law School. He began practicing law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before moving to Florida to join Romano Law Group.
OSCAR A. SANCHEZ is the founder of OAS Mediation and is a Florida Supreme Court civil circuit and appellate certified mediator who devotes 100% of his energies to helping parties resolve their disputes as a neutral and impartial mediator, arbitrator, and court appointed special magistrate, dedicating his practice to the most difficult cases. Before founding his boutique civil mediation firm, he was an equity partner, litigator, and trial lawyer with a national law firm, zealously representing litigants in practically all forms of civil cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. Sanchez's service to the profession includes serving as chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida Law Center Association, president of the University of Florida Law Alumni Council, vice chair of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee of The Florida Bar, and service on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee. JOHN R. SHEPPARD JR. is an attorney in the law firm of Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman & Cohen. His areas of practice are business disputes, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant and professional negligence. Mr. Sheppard has experience in a full range of commercial litigation; including professional negligence, real property and criminal misdemeanor, in both state and federal courts. He has represented business owners, individual investors and institutional clients in a variety of commercial disputes. Mr. Sheppard speaks frequently at various collection seminars through National Business Institute. He is a member of the Palm Beach County and American bar associations. ANTHONY R. YANEZ is an associate with Blank Rome LLP, where he concentrates his practice on consumer finance and commercial litigation matters. He has experience with commercial disputes, enforcement of commercial loan documents, consumer financial services, catastrophic personal injury and premises liability actions, probate litigation, and all aspects of civil litigation. As a member of the consumer financial services team, Mr. Yanez also regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. He is admitted to practice in Florida, U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court - Southern District of Florida and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
