JUSTIN M. CLOUSER is the senior partner of the law firm of Clouser Hempen Wasick Law Group, Ltd. in Gardnerville, Nevada, where he has a general civil practice focused on litigation with an emphasis on personal injury cases. Mr. Clouser has lectured previously on his areas of expertise. He is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, The Florida Bar, and the Tennessee Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Eastern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee.
JAMES M. SUSAG is a shareholder with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd., in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since 1995, his commercial and real estate litigation trial practice has focused on franchise; dealer and contract disputes; and real estate, construction, and land use. He has extensive first chair litigation experience representing clients in numerous jury and court trials, domestic and international arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and appeals. Mr. Susag is member of the Minnesota State, Hennepin County, and Ramsey County bar associations; the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising; and the International Franchise Association. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth, and Eighth circuits. Mr. Susag is a frequent writer, public speaker, and panelist. He has been named a Super Lawyer from 2002 - present, a Best Lawyer in America and a Best Lawyer in Minnesota by Minnesota Monthly Magazine, and one of the Very Best U.S. Attorneys in Franchising and a Franchise Legal Eagle by Franchise Times. Mr. Susag earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.
JAMES K. THEISEN is an attorney in the Rockford office of Hupy and Abraham. With more than a decade of experience, he handles personal injury claims. Mr. Theisen earned his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Phi Delta Phi Award for outstanding achievement in legal ethics and the Academic Achievement Scholarship. He also served as a student ambassador for Southern Illinois University School of Law and participated in William & Mary School of Law’s summer program in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Theisen is licensed to practice in Illinois’ state and federal courts, as well as the state of Missouri. He also is a member of the Winnebago County and the Illinois State bar associations.
