MILTON H. GREENMAN is an attorney with Thurswell Law. Mr. Greenman specializes in medical malpractice and complex litigation. He has obtained substantial jury verdicts and settlements for his clients in courts throughout Michigan since joining Thurswell Law in 1982. Mr. Greenman received an undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College in 1979 and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1982. He is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and State Bar of Michigan. In July of 2011, Mr. Greenman was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocacy.
MARGARET HOLMAN JENSEN is a partner and manager of the Asbestos Department at Zamler Mellen & Shiffman. Ms. Jensen has trial experience in both asbestos cases, as well as other types of injury cases. She has more than 20 years of experience in handling asbestos injury cases, including mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis cases. Ms. Jensen received her B.S.E. and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Wayne County Asbestos Steering Committee, which works with the court in setting procedures for the handling of asbestos cases.
HON. DENISE LANGFORD MORRIS is a Circuit Court Judge in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Oakland County.
EDWARD G. LENNON is an attorney with the law office of Edward G. Lennon PLLC, in Birmingham, Michigan. Mr. Lennon practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional responsibility matters and family law. Mr. Lennon received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
HON. CARL J. MARLINGA is a Circuit Court Judge in the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Macomb County.
HON. BRIAN R. SULLIVAN is a Circuit Court Judge in the 3rd Judicial Circuit Court in Wayne County.
HON. JOSEPH TOIA is a Circuit Court Judge in the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Macomb County.
RONALD K. WEINER is a partner in the Southfield firm of Lipton Law. He practices automobile negligence, no-fault, premises liability and medical malpractice. After law school, Mr. Weiner was an assistant prosecutor in Macomb County until 1990. He spent two years with an insurance defense firm and since 1992 has been representing plaintiffs. Mr. Weiner is an executive board member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and has been a presenter and moderator of seminars for MTLA and National Business Institute. He is a case evaluator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties and serves on arbitration panels. Mr. Weiner graduated from the University of Michigan in 1984 with a degree in political science and earned his J.D. degree from Syracuse University in 1987.
MODERATOR - MARK A. WISNIEWSKI is a principal in the Detroit office of the law firm of Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook. He presently serves as the firm's chairman and CEO. Since 1990, Mr. Wisniewski has practiced in the areas of complex and multi-district litigation, personal injury defense, premises defense, asbestos personal injury and medical malpractice defense. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.
