There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. MICHAEL R. MEY is a partner in the Scranton law firm of Mey & Sulla, LLP, where his areas of practice include personal injury, insurance and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree from Capital University. Mr. Mey frequently lectures to various professional and business groups on construction law and personal injury issues.
