SANTANA N. CABALLERO is an attorney with the Kortum Law Office, PLLC, in Kalispell, and practices throughout the state of Montana. ZACH A. FRANZ is an attorney in the law firm of Boone Karlberg P.C., where he practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense and FELA litigation. He graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Journalism and earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Montana School of Law. In law school, Mr. Franz was articles editor for the Montana Law Review and advanced to the American College of Trial Lawyers national championship competition. After graduating, he then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Keith Strong, United States Magistrate Judge. Mr. Franz is a member of the State Bar of Montana.
