M.B. ADELSON, LL.M., is the managing member of the Law Offices of M.B. Adelson IV, P.A., in Tallahassee, Florida. He practices throughout Florida and consults nationwide on property and property rights law, natural resources (especially water) and environmental law; property title and boundary issues, easements, shoreline property rights, and submerged lands; public lands, resource conservation, agriculture, protected species; fisheries resources; boat ramps, docks, marinas, and waterway access; local, state and federal regulatory agency licensing, permitting, compliance, and remediation; firearms ownership and firearms business laws; inheritance estates and trusts; business entity formation and operation; professional ethics; and administrative and judicial trial and appellate litigation. Mr. Adelson is a certified mediator, a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted in the Florida federal courts. He served in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Florida Department of Natural Resources, and has been in private practice since 2001. Mr. Adelson is a retired U.S. Army officer. He is a federal firearms license (FFL) holder and he advises and supports firearms owners, manufacturers, retailers, and shooting ranges. He is active in the FSU College of Law Environmental Law Society, Moot Court teams, and other college and community related activities. Mr. Adelson holds a B.A. degree from Virginia Military Institute, a M.S. degree and M.B.A. degree from Florida Institute of Technology, and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree from Florida State University College of Law. His LL.M. degree dissertation studied shoreline property rights and associated access/egress easements.

ALAINA KING BENFORD is an attorney with Alaina King Benford Law Firm in Houston. Ms. King Benford is a trial-tested litigator with nearly two decades of experience trying cases in state and federal courts. Clients of all sizes turn to her as a trusted advisor based on her experience in multi-party cases involving complex disputes across a range of industries, including the energy, mining, commodities and transportation sectors. She regularly represents and defends global energy companies, pipeline companies, municipal and transportation authorities in cases involving commercial disputes, pipeline and industrial safety, construction, eminent domain and condemnation, real estate and land use, and wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters arising from incidents on vessels, platforms, and drilling rigs. Ms. King Benford is part of a small group of lawyers in Texas with extensive experience representing entities involved in acquiring easements, property and rights-of-way for large projects involving pipelines, water pipelines, and transportation projects. JASON A. BIELAGUS is an attorney at Bielagus Law Offices PLLC, where he focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate, both transactions and litigation. His experience includes closings, purchases, sales, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, notes, mortgages, foreclosures, lease agreements, evictions, subdivisions, condominiums and petitions to quiet title, as well as litigation of real estate matters. Mr. Bielagus was an assistant district attorney in New Mexico. He also served as a JAG officer with the Army National Guard. Mr. Bielagus is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New Mexico; as well as the U.S. District Court D.N.H.; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court D.N.H. He earned his B.A. degree from St. John's College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.

KIMBERLY A. JACKSON is with The Robilee, Staffred & Emile Group located in Golden, Colorado. She has worked with both environmental organizations and oil and gas operators on issues of land use, regulatory compliance, ownership rights (surface, mineral, and royalty), conservation easements, air quality regulations, NEPA compliance, and public health and safety issues as they apply to populations impacted by mineral extraction. Ms. Jackson is a licensed nurse, earning her PN certification from the Community College of Denver; her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado; and both her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is currently licensed in both New Mexico and North Dakota.
