STUART D. BAKER is an attorney with the Law Offices of John Antel. Mr. Baker defends insureds and insurers against an array of first-party and third-party suits involving property and casualty claims. DENNIS J. BARTEK is the founder of the Bartek Law Office, which handles cases in wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, business litigation, insurance coverage, litigation, criminal law, and mediation, in state, federal and appellate courts. Mr. Bartek has spoken at numerous seminars and short courses, professional leadership seminars, workshops and conferences on all aspects of trial practice. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, as well as before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; the U.S. Supreme Court; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. He has appeared pro hac vice in other state and federal courts as well. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Bartek served the community as an assistant prosecutor for Summit County. Additionally, he served as acting judge for Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court by periodic assignment for 14 years. Mr. Bartek is past president of the Akron Bar Association and past president of the Scanlon-Bell Inn of Court (Master of the Bench). He is a graduate of the Justice Institute and has been a recipient of both the University of Akron School of Law Outstanding Alumni Award and the Akron Bar Association Professionalism Award. Mr. Bartek has been selected as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers on numerous occasions including for 2019. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Akron.

RICHARD S. KOBLENTZ is an attorney with Koblentz & Penvose, LLC. Mr. Koblentz devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility which includes, but is not limited to, legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. He also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation; criminal defense, both general and white collar; probate; real estate; small business counseling; and domestic relations. Mr. Koblentz has been a presenter, on well over 100 occasions, at continuing legal education seminars throughout the state of Ohio, as well as several other states on behalf of a number of government and judicial bodies, law schools, bar associations, and proprietary organizations. NATALIE M. SCOTT E. STEWART is the principal in the Cleveland law firm of Stewart & DeChant, LLC. He also specializes in personal injury, legal malpractice, insurance law bad faith claims, admiralty, vehicle and truck accidents, intentional tort, products liability, and other areas of personal injury practice. Mr. Stewart is designated as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy for the last 25 years and has been named as an Ohio Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers in America for the last ten years. He is a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is a member and past president of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, as well as a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Stewart is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, he is the past chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and was a former director on the Young Lawyers’ Section.
