TERRILL L. ADKINS is a shareholder in the law firm of Trammell Adkins & Ward PC, where he is one of the founding members. Mr. Adkins has 29 years of experience as a trial attorney in all Tennessee state courts and federal courts, specializing in personal injury litigation, with a practice focused primarily in the areas of insurance and self-insured defense litigation involving automobile and trucking accidents, homeowners’ claims, commercial losses, construction defense claims, fire and casualty, general liability, defense of fraud litigation, as well as insurance coverage and claims litigation in all personal lines and commercial lines matters. Mr. Adkins is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from East Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville.
LUKE D. HENRY D. FINCHER is a certified civil trial specialist, a certified family law specialist, and a certified elder law attorney recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Elder Law Foundation. A former judge, former state representative and graduate of Harvard Law School, he has helped people with their legal problems for more than 20 years. Mr. Fincher is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. His practice focuses primarily on contested estates, serious personal injury cases, family law, wills and trusts, and other complex legal matters. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Fincher received his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
MATTHEW HOLLINGSHEAD-COOK represents individuals who have been physically injured or killed as the result of the actions or inactions of others. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Hollingshead-Cook's additional legal experiences include working for the Honorable Holly Kirby, Judge for the Tennessee Court of Appeals; serving as a Judicial Magistrate for Knox County Sessions Court; and serving as a legal specialist for the Judge Advocate General Unit of the Tennessee Army National Guard. Mr. Hollingshead-Cook received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
