CHRISTOPHER HIDDLESON is an attorney with the State of California, Department of Transportation, where his main areas of practice are litigation, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, employment law and eminent domain. Mr. Hiddleson has tried several cases in which the plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury. He has lectured previously on his various areas of practice. Mr. Hiddleson is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Pasadena Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from American University and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University.
LARS C. JOHNSON is an attorney and mediator with Signature Resolution, LLC. Mr. Johnson has represented clients in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as bad faith insurance and other consumer claims. He has tried cases involving products liability, premises liability, nursing home neglect and elder abuse, as well as professional and medical malpractice. Mr. Johnson has written several articles, taught a course in law school, and frequently appears as a guest lecturer at professional conferences. Mr. Johnson is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
JON R. MOWER is counsel with the Costa Mesa office of Theodora Oringher PC. Since 1976, Mr. Mower has practiced in the areas of medical malpractice law, insurance, bad faith law, class action litigation and employment law. He is a frequent lecturer for various business and professional groups. Mr. Mower is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He received his B.A. degree, with honors, from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
MARK WEST is a sole practitioner in San Gabriel where he practices in plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death, products liability law, medical malpractice, and business civil litigation. He has published several articles and frequently lectures. Mr. West is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Southern U.S. District Courts in California; and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal along with the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the state and U.S. District Court for Nevada and the U.S District Court for Minnesota. He is a member of the American and Los Angeles County bar associations, the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California (past Legislative District coordinator), and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. West earned his B.S. degree from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
