SCOTT A. ARTHUR joined Gunn Law Group, P.A., upon graduation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. Mr. Arthur’s practice is focused on representing policyholders and the injured in claims against insurance companies, including cases involving insurance coverage, unfair claims settlement practices, and insurance bad faith. In 2009, and from 2011-2017, Florida Super Lawyers has recognized him as a Rising Star in the practice area of insurance coverage. Mr. Arthur has litigation and appellate experience in both state and federal court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J. D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. KATHRYN E. LEE is the research and writing, trial support, and appellate side of Woods Trial Law, a small but relentless litigation firm. She has significant experience litigating insurance bad faith and insurance coverage at the trial level and on appeal. Ms. Lee is the author of “Discovery and Confidentiality Agreements,” published in the Stetson Journal of Advocacy in 2015. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Tampa Bay Inn of Court. Ms. Lee earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law and her B.A. degree, magna cum laude with honors, from the University of North Florida.
JOHN V. TUCKER is the managing shareholder of Tucker & Ludin, P.A., with headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida where he helps people get disability insurance benefits, life insurance benefits, ERISA benefits, and veteran’s (VA) service connected disability compensation benefits. He handles first party insurance and bad faith claims in Florida, and ERISA and VA compensation claims across the country, and has represented thousands of people throughout Florida and the United States. Mr. Tucker is admitted to practice before all state courts of Florida, as well as multiple U.S. District Courts in Florida, Connecticut, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Washington, D.C. KEVIN B. WOODS is the principal of Woods Trial Law. Mr. Woods' litigation practice is focused in the areas of brain and spinal cord injury, wrongful death, and general civil litigation. He is certified by The Florida Bar as a board certified civil trial lawyer. Mr. Woods graduated with his B.S. degree from the University of Florida and earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
