JEFFREY S. BECK is a partner in the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Beck is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice on defending employment-related litigation in state and federal courts. He regularly represents businesses in employment discrimination, workers' compensation, unemployment, and workplace violence matters and has defended employers in states throughout the country. Mr. Beck's presentations include a webinar, "Workplace Violence and Bullying" for XpertHR; "Obligations of State and Local Governments Under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act," Indiana Association of Cities and Towns Conference, Indianapolis, 2013; and "EEO Laws - Tips to Avoid and Respond to Litigation," Indiana Apartment Association Annual Meeting, Indianapolis, November 2010. He also has had articles published by HR Insight and Inside Indiana Business. Mr. Beck is a contributing author to Indiana Employment Law Letter and contributing editor for Indiana Chamber Employment Law Handbook. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. He is a member of the American, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. Mr. Beck earned his B.S. degree from Indiana State University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

HEATHER R. FALKS is an attorney with the firm of Stewart & Stewart, in their Carmel, Indiana office. Ms. Falks focuses her practice on social security disability, employment law and workers’ compensation. Ms. Falks is admitted to practice law in Indiana and is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indianapolis Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and her J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

BRIAN R. GARRISON is a partner with Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the counseling and representation of management in labor relations and employment matters. Mr. Garrison has represented employers in various types of traditional labor law matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges, representing employers in unfair labor practice trials, and advising clients during union organizing campaigns. His practice also involves representing employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts and in administrative charges before federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Garrison regularly advises clients on human resources matters, including disciplinary and termination issues; employment agreements; employment-related policies; and compliance with state and federal employment-related statutes, regulations, and ordinances. He is admitted to practice in Indiana. Mr. Garrison earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.

GARY P. GOODIN is an attorney with the law firm of Goodin Meyer, PC. He has been practicing in the area of labor and employment defense since 1990. Mr. Goodin has assisted employers with all aspects of the employment relationship from reviewing and drafting employee handbooks, to defending employers in nearly all administrative and judicial forums. He has written numerous articles and spoken to management groups on a wide variety of employment related topics. He earned both his B.S. degree and his M.P.A. degree from Indiana University School of Public & Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington.

ELLEN D. GREGORY is a solo practitioner based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is licensed to practice in California, Illinois, and Indiana. She has practiced environmental and OSHA law, as well as homeland security compliance, for more than 20 years. Ms. Gregory has represented companies in workplace fatality investigations, safety order and penalty negotiations, and workplace inspections. She also counsels clients on safety and health compliance and internal safety audits. For the past 9 years, she has served as board attorney for the East Chicago Waterway Management District, advising the district on environmental matters related to revitalizing the city's waterways. She is a member of the Indiana State and American bar associations. Ms. Gregory earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and her J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

QUINCY E. SAUER is an attorney at the law firm of MACEY SWANSON LLP. Ms. Sauer concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation. She counsels clients on a variety of employment issues including wage and hour regulations, employment discrimination family medical leave, employee benefits, and privacy rights. Ms. Sauer also assists clients in reviewing employment agreements, non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, severance agreements, and benefits packages. Ms. Sauer is a member of the Indianapolis (member, Young Lawyers Division) and Indiana State bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.
