NICHOLAS J. DOWGUL is an attorney with Felton Banks, PLLC in Raleigh. RONALD J. SHOOK is the founder of The Law Offices of Ronald J Shook, where he practices criminal defense, immigration, and firearms law. Mr. Shook is a strong defender of the Second Amendment.
