Gilbert Ambler is the owner of Ambler Law Offices, LLC, where he focuses on constitutional issues and criminal defense throughout Virginia and in central and western Pennsylvania, with many of his cases involving weapons or self-defense related issues. He also has experience representing both individuals and federal firearm licensees (FFLs) in compliance with the ATF. Mr. Ambler is a contributor to multiple firearms blogs, has taught CLE (continuing legal education) to other attorneys on the subject of firearms law, has been a featured guest on radio programming to discuss important constitutional concepts, and has taught hundreds of self-defense legal seminars to thousands of people. He is also one of the founding members of the American Council of 2nd Amendment Lawyers (2alawyers.org). Mr. Ambler is author of the 2021 issue of Virginia Gun Law, Armed and Educated and co-author of The Ultimate FFL Resource Guide, a comprehensive guidebook for federal firearm licensees. He has represented groups including U.S. LawShield, Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, and Virginia Citizens Defense League in various firearm related cases. Mr. Ambler is licensed to practice in state courts for both Virginia and Pennsylvania, as well as in federal court for both the eastern and western districts of Virginia.

David A. Bailey is the founder of the Bailey Law Firm, P.A. in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He primarily practices in the areas of personal injury; divorce; adoption; child custody and support; criminal defense including DWI; corporations; and wills, trusts and estate planning. He is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and is fluent in Spanish. In May 2002, Mr. Bailey became the city prosecutor for Siloam Springs. From 2002 to 2009, he taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville; and from August 2009 to August 2011, Mr. Bailey served as a full-time visiting clinical assistant professor at the law school. He has also been a certified domestic relations mediator for the state of Arkansas since January 2010. Mr. Bailey graduated from Hendrix College with a B.A. degree and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Christopher T. Bonante is a skilled attorney at the Law Office of Christopher T. Bonante, Esq., with a strong background in civil/commercial litigation, real estate transactions, debt collection, mechanic's liens, construction law, corporate law, debtor/creditor law, and general legal practice. Mr. Bonante has excellent writing skills that have led to success in winning cases on summary judgment or by way of dismissal based on substantive arguments. He has a proven ability to manage substantial case loads of diverse matters. Mr. Bonante is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is admitted to practice law in federal court in the eastern and southern districts of New York. Mr. Bonante has a full CCW in New York State, has been involved and around firearms for more than 25 years and is a member of the NRA. Mr. Bonante earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and his master's degree, summa cum laude, from Manhattan College.

Marcus N. Greene is an attorney at Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis PLLC. Mr. Greene's practice focused on complicated evidentiary issues and with victims of violent crime, as he was specially selected to be part of the team focused on sexual assault cases, to include child sexual assault. Mr. Greene gained extensive expertise in trial preparation and advocacy, appearing almost daily in the largest jurisdiction in the state. He earned his B.S. degree from James Madison University and his J.D degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

John Pierce is a sole practitioner with The Law Office of John Pierce, Esq., located in Bristol, Virginia, where he focuses his practice on NFA Trusts, gun rights restoration, expungements, estate planning, and non-profit and corporate formation. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Pierce is the serving chair of the American Bar Association Second Amendment Civil Rights Litigation Subcommittee, and his writings have been published by the ABA Civil Rights Litigation Committee and the ABA Minority Trial Lawyer Committee. He has taught numerous CLE classes for the American Bar Association and other CLE organizations on topics such as Gun Trusts, Gun Rights Restoration, and Open Carry legislation. Mr. Pierce graduated with Honors from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
