Matthew B Jorden is a founding partner of Williams & Jorden law offices, where his practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and representation of licensed professionals in administrative proceedings. Ryan Mergl is a former prosecutor and trial attorney representing clients throughout Pennsylvania and in the United States federal courts, with a practice focused on criminal justice, injury, and disability. Mr. Mergl received his B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Association of American Trial Lawyers.

Deborah A Slezak is a principal with Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube PC. Ms. Slezak's practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of elder law, guardianship, estate planning and administration. During her 25+ years of practice, she has lectured on topics of elder law and estate planning for the NYS Bar Association, local bar associations, businesses and many community groups. Ms. Slezak is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trust and Estates and Elder Law sections), and is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Law Section's Executive Committee. She is a member of the Schenectady County and Montgomery County bar associations, the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, co-chair of the SCBA's Trust and Estates and Elder Law Committee, and was the secretary of the board of the SCBA. In addition, she is a NY NAELA board member and former chair of the Webinar Committee. Ms. Slezak earned her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and her J.D. degree from Albany Law School.
