KEITH A. GANTENBEIN JR. is a consumer rights advocate, a leading foreclosure defense, and real estate attorney practicing law in Colorado. The owner of Gantenbein Law Firm in Denver, he has been practicing throughout the state for the past ten years in public trustee and judicial foreclosures, 120 hearings, lender liability, complex civil and bank litigation, HOA, and credit disputes and actions. Mr. Gantenbein worked extensively with Representative Beth McCann along with Senator Ulibarri to see two bills he helped draft become law. Governor Hickenlooper signed both these important bills that help protect homeowners into law last year. Mr. Gantenbein is a published author on "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" (PTFA) and has published more than 150 informative legal articles on his blog. He has been highlighted in the Denver Post several times, Westword, ABA Journal, several Denver television news and investigative programs, and AOL nationwide for his support of Colorado homeowners and amending foreclosure laws. Mr. Gantenbein has volunteered many hours working with the Colorado House and Senate on foreclosure reform, and has worked pro-bono at legal clinics and for disadvantaged Coloradoans. He is a frequent lecturer. Additionally, Mr. Gantenbein has worked extensively for a Colorado Supreme Court Rule Making subcommittee in drafting and updating C.R.C.P. 120. He earned his B.A. degree from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree from Barry University School of Law. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado.
KIMBERLY A. JACKSON is with The Robilee, Staffred & Emile Group located in Golden, Colorado. She has worked with both environmental organizations and oil and gas operators on issues of land use, regulatory compliance, ownership rights (surface, mineral, and royalty), conservation easements, air quality regulations, NEPA compliance, and public health and safety issues as they apply to populations impacted by mineral extraction. Ms. Jackson is a licensed nurse, earning her PN certification from the Community College of Denver, her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado, and both her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is currently licensed in both New Mexico and North Dakota.
