CONOR L. McSWEENEY is an attorney with Hancock Estabrook, LLP, where he focuses his practice in corporate, intellectual property, startup and emerging business, and banking and finances. Mr. McSweeney earned his B.A. degree from Siena College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
RICHARD E. SCRIMALE is the department chair of the Corporate Law Department at Hancock Estabrook, LLP. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a certified public accountant licensed with the state of New York. Mr. Scrimale was also issued the AICPA's accredited in business valuation credential in June 2011. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business, estate and tax planning for closely held and family owned enterprises. Mr. Scrimale is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and a graduate, summa cum laude, of LeMoyne College with a B.S. degree in accounting.
