is a member in the Orlando office of CPLS, P.A., in the firm's family and elder law practice groups. His family law practice includes traditional family law representation in the areas of divorce and all issues incidental there to, such as parenting issues, alimony, child support, property distribution and related issues. Mr. Ducker's practice also introduces new strategies, including collaborative divorce, mediation and private trials, to assure his client's concerns are protected and secured. He has served as a guardian ad litem in more than 130 cases in both terminations of parental rights cases and as a private guardian ad litem in divorce proceedings. Mr. Ducker earned his associate's degree (treasurer, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Valencia East Campus) from Valencia Community College, his B.A. degree (president of Society Professional Journalists, UCF) from the University of Central Florida, and his J.D. degree (president Law College Council, 1998-1999) from the University of Florida's Frederic G. Levin College of Law program. His efforts on behalf of Florida's families, children and mature population extends beyond his office and the court house, and includes having served as a chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Ducker has been recognized by his peers, as he has received the Pro-Bono Champion Award of Excellence.

Mr. Tyson regularly assists other family law practitioners with the preparations of QDRO's, military retired pay division orders, and other appropriate court orders to divide Individual retirement accounts, municipal retirement plans, government pensions and retirement accounts. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Fredric G. Levin School of Law at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Mr. Tyson is a licensed CPA and passed all four parts of the CPA exam on the first try. He is a member of The Florida Bar and has successfully represented clients in the District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida.

She is a trained guardian ad litem and domestic mediator; and over the past 17 years has handled all types of family law matters, including divorces, child support, custody, legitimation and paternity, contempt, domestic violence, international custody disputes, appeals and jury trials. In addition to the practice of domestic litigation, Ms. Faulhaber also taught domestic relations law as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She is admitted to practice law in California, Arizona and Georgia; and is a member of the Family Law sections of the American and Atlanta bar associations. She served on the Rules Committee to establish and maintain the Fulton County Family Division, which has served as an example as a model of a family court to other counties in the state. Ms. Faulhaber also served on the Forms Committee of the Fulton County Family Law Information Center to assist citizens of the state to represent themselves in domestic matters. She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, with honors, from Lafayette College; and her J.D. degree from UCLA Law School.
