ROBERT D. OSTER is the principal of Oster Law Offices, where he has a general practice with a concentration in domestic relations law, bankruptcy law and criminal law. Mr. Oster is a member of the Family Court Bench Bar Committee and a past member of the Conservation Commission. He is also a member of the Pawtucket, Rhode Island (member, House Of Delegates and Executive Committee; past president and treasurer) and American (Rhode Island delegate) bar associations. Mr. Oster earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University, where he was a member of the Law Journal.
SARAH B. OSTER KELLY is a third generation attorney at Oster Law Offices, where her areas of practice include family law, wills and trusts, probate, immigration, landlord/tenant, criminal law, and contracts. She attended Wheaton College and earned her undergraduate degree in political science with a legal studies minor. Ms. Oster Kelly received her J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and became a Rhode Island certified mediator through Roger Williams University School of Law.
