BRYAN D. CASKEY is one of the founding attorneys with Caskey & Imgrund, LLC. In his litigation practice, Mr. Caskey handles a wide variety of family court issues, including divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, and equitable division. His experience includes both trial and appellate practice in South Carolina state courts. He is admitted to practice law in both the federal court for the District of South Carolina and the state of South Carolina. Prior to law school, Mr. Caskey graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2003, where he received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in both economics and philosophy. After graduating from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006, he practiced family court law in Columbia for ten years prior to co-founding Caskey & Imgrund, LLC in February of 2017. ANTHONY J. CHARLES is an attorney within the Columbia office of Finkel Law Firm LLC, where he focuses on complex marital litigation cases, family law, family court mediation, and general litigation. Mr. Charles was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2009. He received his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, followed by earning his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In 2008 he completed his Master's Degree from Vermont Law School in the study of environmental law and policy. In 2010, Mr. Charles completed the Family Law Trial Institute at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, which is a nine day intensive trial advocacy course designed to improve the courtroom skills of attorneys. The South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification has certified that Anthony J. Charles is approved to serve as family court mediator. Mr. Charles is involved with multiple professional organizations such as the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, as well as the Richland and Lexington County bar associations. COLLEEN T. CONDON is the principal attorney with the Condon Family Law, LLC, in Charleston, founded in 2005. Ms. Condon's legal career has always focused on family court. She is a certified family court mediator. She and her wife received the first South Carolina marriage license issued to a same sex couple. Ms. Fine is a certified public accountant, certified in financial forensics, a certified valuation analyst, and a certified divorce financial analyst. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. MATTHEW HALVERSTADT is a partner with Manley & Halverstadt, LLC. Mr. Halverstadt’s primary areas of practice are domestic relations litigation, civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and criminal defense. He has been a certified family court and probate court mediator since 2013, and he enjoys helping parties resolve their differences through alternative dispute resolution. After graduation and admission to the South Carolina Bar in 2007, Mr. Halverstadt took an associate position with Manley Law Firm, L.L.C., which evolved into Manley & Halverstadt, LLC in 2015. Manley & Halverstadt, LLC operates its practice out of offices in Mt. Pleasant and Moncks Corner, South Carolina. ANTHONY P. LAMANTIA began his career in domestic litigation when he was chosen to serve as the law clerk for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman, Superior Court Judge in Family Court in 1997. In 2002, he became a partner in the Law Office of Fox & LaMantia, LLC. In 2005, he relocated to Charleston, South Carolina and soon thereafter opened the doors of the LaMantia Law Firm, LLC. Mr. LaMantia is active in local politics, has worked as a civil litigation instructor at Trident Technical College in North Charleston, and is involved with Charleston County Bar Association Fee Dispute Board.
