MATTHEW W. CONRAD is the founder of the Indianapolis law firm of Conrad Legal LLC, where his practice is limited to personal bankruptcy cases under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He is admitted to practice before all Indiana and Washington state courts, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts for Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of Washington state. Mr. Conrad earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where he was elected senior executive editor for Volume 35 of the Indiana Law Review.
SARAH L. FOWLER is an attorney at Mattingly Burke Cohen & Biederman LLP, where she brings an array of experience in representing clients in creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation matters on all sides of these issues. Ms. Fowler works with a wide variety of clients ranging from financial institutions, business debtors, creditors’ committees, shareholders, asset purchasers, small business owners, and bankruptcy trustees. She assists her clients with addressing the complexities of financial distress and finding solutions to a variety of commercial disputes. Ms. Fowler is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District courts in the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, the U.S. Bankruptcy courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Bankruptcy courts for the Northern and Central districts of Illinois. She earned her B.A. degree from Marian University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Ms. Fowler was also a member of Class VX of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leader Series.
DONALD W. MCINNES is a partner with McNevin Kreider McInnes in Indianapolis. He has worked for over a decade practicing in community association law doing collections, foreclosures, and covenant enforcement. Mr. McInnes is experienced in contract law, personal injury and family law. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and obtained his J.D. degree from Indiana University. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has served on the Education Committee of its Central Indiana chapter. Mr. McInnes is a frequent speaker regarding community association issues for various organizations throughout Indiana.
