ANDRAS F. BABERO is founder and managing partner of The Law Office of Andras F. Babero. Mr. Babero served as an expert witness on United States banking and finance law in a case before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, Chancery Division. He acquired Commercial Financial Mortgage, a multistate mortgage bank, where he served as its chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Babero was appointed by former Governor Bob Miller as a member of the Nevada Commission on Economic Development, where he served as vice chairman. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a colleague of the Nevada Law Foundation. Mr. Babero has been a frequent speaker and writer on business, banking, and legal topics. He earned his B.S. degree from UNLV and his J.D. degree from Texas Southern University.
JONATHAN S. GOODGOLD is a partner with Beinhaker Law Firm, LLC, a boutique business law firm based in Millburn, New Jersey. He merged his own practice into the Beinhaker Law Firm, LLC, as of January 1, 2016, after eight years of solo practice. Mr. Goodgold heads the firm’s collection law practice and handles commercial and consumer collection matters across a wide spectrum of industries.
