MICHAEL A. BOWEN is a retired partner in the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, distribution litigation, distribution counseling, antitrust litigation and original appellate practice. He is co-author of The Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, (Treatise) Wisconsin State Bar, First Edition, 1988, Second Edition, 1995. Mr. Bowen earned his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
MICHAEL J. COHEN is a shareholder with the law firm of Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C., and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including non-compete and other restrictive covenants, business torts, employment, environmental/toxic tort litigation and complex insurance coverage litigation, including environmental liability and bad faith. He is a past-president of the Milwaukee Bar Association (2011-2012), and currently serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors (chair of the Business Plan Committee, liaison to the Ethics Committee) and Board of the Milwaukee Bar Association Foundation. Mr. Cohen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and law degree from Marquette University Law School. He is a frequent lecturer and author on business torts and insurance coverage issues.

ANDREA F. HOESCHEN is a shareholder at Thomadsen & Hoeschen LLC. She has 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Ms. Hoeschen's practice includes drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks and severance agreements. She also advises clients on matters of compliance with all state and federal labor and employment laws, and has litigated a wide variety of matters arising under ERISA, the NLRA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the ADA, and state and federal employment discrimination laws. Ms. Hoeschen is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, as well as in the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Circuit courts of Appeal; and the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the state bar Labor and Employment Section, and chairs the Wisconsin Lawyers Assistance Program Committee. Ms. Hoeschen earned her J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.
