LEE CARPENTER is an attorney with Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, where he focuses his legal practice on estate planning and administration, trusts, and general business and corporate law. Mr. Carpenter's estate planning work includes an emphasis on the unique needs of same-sex couples and other members of the LGBT community. Previously, he was a judicial intern to the Hon. Lynne A. Battaglia, at the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Carpenter is admitted to practice in Maryland. DARYL J. SIDLE is an attorney with the Baltimore law firm of Baxter Baker Sidle Conn & Jones, P.A., where he practices in the areas of tax, business and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and limited liability company law.
