LORILEE DESANTIS is an attorney and counselor at law with DeSantis Law Group where she practices in the areas of family law, estate planning, wills and trusts. Ms. DeSantis received her B.A. degree, with honors (top 4%), from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. degree, highest honors (top 5%), from Golden Gate University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of California and Sonoma County Bar Association. Ms. DeSantis is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

BENEDICT C. DI DUCA is the president of Di Duca Law, PC, and an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in the construction business, during which time he has owned and operated a general building and underground engineering construction company licensed in the states of California and Nevada. His construction company performed work on shopping centers, schools, courtrooms, jails, and other public works projects, including sewage treatment projects and several notable historical restorations. Mr. Di Duca continues to hold both his California A (general engineering contractor) and B (general building contractor) licenses (353428). His practice concentrates on general construction business operations, bidding and contracting practices, construction methods and technology, construction defects, project management and standards, construction claims including delay claims, and critical path delay analysis. Mr. Di Duca is a member of the State Bar of California, admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts, and a certified mediator for the California Court of Appeal. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from Cal Northern School of Law.

JENNIFER L. ELLINGSON is an attorney with Di Duca Law, PC. She brings to the firm, and her practice, a performance based approach to the practice of law, with exceptional attention to detail. Ms. Ellingson concentrates her practice in construction law, business law, and litigation. In addition to her concentration in construction and business law, she also engages in cases involving land use, estate planning, and elder law. Ms. Ellingson is a member of the State Bar of California, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts. She earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and her Masters of Legal Studies degree and J.D. degree from Cal Northern School of Law, graduating with honors.

ERIC GULLOTTA is the founder of Gullotta Law Group PLLC, located in Sonoma and Santa Rosa. Gullotta Law Group PLLC focuses on honest and ethical estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Mr. Gullotta received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in economics and accounting. He became a licensed CPA in the state of California after graduating and went on to receive a master’s degree, with honors, in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco while working full time. Seeing the need for a special combination of education and experience, Mr. Gullotta received his J.D. degree, cum laude, while working and starting a family. After passing the California State Bar, he worked for Sonoma County’s largest law firm, Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller, and Moskowitz. Thereafter, Mr. Gullotta opened his own doors to provide competent, concise and friendly estate planning to residents of Sonoma County.

MICHELLE A. MARTIN is an attorney with Robertson Law Group where she focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Martin is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law. She is also a member of the State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates Section), the Placer County Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the South Placer Estate Planning Council. Ms. Martin earned her B.A. degree from California State University, Sacramento and her J.D. degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

PAUL R. MILLER is a sole practitioner at The Law Office of Paul Miller in Santa Rosa, California, practicing exclusively in estate planning and estate administration law. He served as the director of legal services at the Council on Aging in Santa Rosa from June 2014 to May 2016. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Miller earned his B.S. degree from the University of California - Davis; his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Empire College School of Law; and he is currently obtaining dual LL.M. degrees in taxation and estate planning at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

WOODFORD G. ROWLAND is a sole practitioner in San Rafael who practices in the areas of taxation, tax controversies, estate planning, probate, trust and estate litigation, and business planning and litigation. Mr. Rowland has been designated a certified specialist in taxation law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the State Bar of California (former chair, Tax Procedure and Litigation Committee), the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Marin County and American bar associations. Mr. Rowland earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.

JULIE R. WOODS is the probate legal research attorney for the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Contra Costa. Prior to working for the court, her practice focused on litigation and administration of estates, trusts, conservatorships, elder abuse actions, and crossover matters. Ms. Woods has practiced throughout the state of California in matters involving trusts and estates up to, and exceeding, $50 million. Ms. Woods has represented trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, professional fiduciaries, corporations, conservators, and guardians. In Fall 2017, Ms. Woods was published in the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly, the official publication of the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section. Ms. Woods also formerly served on the committee of writers for the case law updates for the Trusts and Estates Section. She enjoys writing and speaking regularly at continuing legal education seminars and events and being active in the legal community. Ms. Woods is recognized as a Rising Stars honoree in Super Lawyers Magazine. She is also recognized as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Northern California by San Francisco Magazine, and previously received the same recognition in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine. Ms. Woods earned two B.A. degrees with emphases from the University of Southern California. She graduated with her J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
