JUSTIN M. GILBERT has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all matters relating to living trusts, estate planning, probate, business formation and planning, and real estate and elder law. Mr. Gilbert is a member of the State Bar of California, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association, the ARAG, Attorney Advisory Committee and a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a cooperative alliance of nationally recognized estate-planning attorneys dedicated to bringing their clients the finest estate planning advice and documentation possible. He received his B.S. degree from George Mason University and his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
FRANK GUSTINE is an attorney with The Lynch Law Group, LLC. He is a member of the firm's Estates & Trusts and Municipal Services Practice Groups. He advises individuals, families, and business owners in matters relating to estate planning and administration, with experience advising in wills, living wills, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, trusts, strategies to preserve wealth, and gifting and estate taxes. Mr. Gustine earned his BMus degree, magna cum laude, from West Liberty University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
CHARLES B. HADAD is a partner in The Lynch Law Group, LLC. He is chair of the firm's estates and trusts practice group and a member of the firm's corporate and business succession group. Mr. Hadad concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, trust administration, real estate transactions and corporate and business planning. He advises clients in all facets of estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Hadad is an experienced litigator for Orphans' Court and has successfully represented fiduciaries in surcharge actions, defended will contests, and asserted claims on behalf of beneficiaries and other interested parties for breach of fiduciary duty in the course of estate and trust administration. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County (Probate & Trust Section Council) bar associations, and the Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council. Mr. Hadad earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
DIANNA D. MURPHY is the associate dean of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences at Morehead State University, and professor in the nationally ranked Legal Studies program. Her research is in legal ethics relevant to estate practice, remote access, and access to justice. She is a licensed attorney who received her J.D. degree and B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of Kentucky.
RICHARD P SCHULZE is the owner of Schulze Law Group and principal shareholder in Patriot Legal Services. Mr. Schulze's law practice emphasizes wills, trusts, asset preservation planning as well as elder law. He is highly skilled in assisting clients in qualifying for and receiving Medicaid and the Veterans' Aid & Attendance benefit. Mr. Schulze is a frequent lecturer to the public and professionals on estate, Medicaid, asset protection and tax planning matters. Mr. Schulze is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and WealthCounsel, LLC. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Schulze earned his B.A. degree from Reed College and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.
