DANIEL DEL COLLO III is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo, III; where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts (and special needs), guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provided counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
JENNIFER DONELSON is a senior manager in the tax services department of KraftCPAs, PLLC. As such, she is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and managing/reviewing the work of other team members. Ms. Donelson provides tax research, consulting, planning, and compliance services. She works extensively with trusts and estates. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Florida and her Masters of Accountancy from the University of Florida. Ms. Donelson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, Estate Planning Council and the AICPA Development Team.
LINDSAY M. HARRIS is the owner & managing member of Harris Law & Trust Co., where she leads the firm’s succession planners in protecting every family and business we serve using forward-thinking solutions derived from exceptional experience. Her practice areas include creating wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, or advanced business plans such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, or corporations. Ms. Harris earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of South Dakota and her J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
EVA J. PULLEY, CPA, CSEP, is a senior manager in the tax services department of KraftCPAs, PLLC, where she oversees the accounting and tax services for several corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts as well as individuals. With 35 years of public accounting experience, she specializes in estate and trust planning, taxation and administration. Ms. Pulley earned her B.B.A. degree from Austin Peay State University. She completed the estate planning program offered by the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC and was awarded a Specialist in Estate Planning Certification in June of 2000. Ms. Pulley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, Middle Tennessee Estate Planning Council and the Jewish Federation Professional Advisory Council.
JUSTIN A. SHIFRIN is an attorney with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A.'s private wealth services practice, specializing in probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. He focuses his practice on assisting clients with all aspects of trust and estate administration in addition to pursuing claims for breach of fiduciary duty. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Mr. Shifrin practiced as an assurance associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP prior to attending law school. He attended the University of Florida, where he received his B.S. degree in Accounting, his Master's degree in Accounting, and his J.D. degree with concentrations in tax law, trusts and estates, and fiduciary administration. While in law school, Mr. Shifrin served as the executive articles editor of The Journal ofTechnology Law & Policy and as a member of the Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Tax Section, Business Law Section, Real Property and the Probate & Trust Law Section) and also the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
GEORGE A. VAUSHER is a partner with FitzGerald Yap Kreditor LLP. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, probate & trust law by the California Bar Board of Legal Specialization and is focused primarily on assisting clients with personal financial matters concerning their business organizations, tax, estates, trusts, contracts, asset protection, property ownership, and like matters. Mr. Vausher has extensive expertise in handling complex business issues, including shareholders, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, contracts, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and like matters. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota, his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, and his LL.M. degree from New York University Law School. Mr. Vausher is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, the United States Tax Court and is a Certified Public Accountant.
