BRIAN W. DOWNEY is the founding owner of The Downey Law Firm in West Seneca, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts, elder law, probate and administration of trusts and estates. He also has extensive experience in real estate, landlord-tenant matters, contracts, business law and entity formation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Downey is the former town attorney for the town of Boston, New York. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Downey earned his B.A. degree from Oral Roberts University and his J.D. degree from the O.W. Coburn School of Law.
