Eric A Feldhake is a shareholder with the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, P.C., where his areas of practice include estate and tax planning, administration, litigation, real estate, and business transactions. He is a member of the bars of the state of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Feldhake is also a member of the American, New Jersey State and the Camden County bar associations. He is an adjunct instructor of law and entrepreneurial studies at Burlington County College and an instructor of taxation at the Judge Advocate General Corps' LL.M. Graduate Program, where he serves as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Feldhake earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University, his M.B.A. degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University School of Law.
Roxanna E Hammett is a member of the firm of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, where her practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the drafting of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, living wills, and all other estate planning documents. Ms. Hammett is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American, New Jersey State and Essex County bar associations; Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey; Essex County Estate Planning Council; and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Hammett earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Drew University; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School.
Jared Hoover is a member of the law firm of David J Simmons & Associates, LLC, a trusts and estates law firm with offices in Northeast Ohio and Naples, Florida. He is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust & probate law by the Ohio State Bar Association. His practice is concentrated on estate planning and trust matters. Mr. Hoover is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida; and is a certified public accountant. He earned his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Case Western University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Case Western University School of Law.
Louis A Silverman is an attorney at Silverman Law Offices, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate law, and related tax matters. Mr. Silverman became board certified in estate and trust law by the State Bar of Arizona. His practice emphasizes estate planning, which includes wills and trusts and other estate planning devices; and trust administration and probate, which includes death probate, guardianship, and conservatorship. Mr. Silverman has served as judge pro tem on the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Silverman is on the Board of Trustees of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and past president of the Board of Directors of Tempe Leadership. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona and Texas, the U.S. District Court for Arizona, and the Western District of Texas.
